• The allision of the container ship COSCO BUSAN and the Oakland Bay Bridge in dense fog.

 

• The explosion and sinking of half of the chemical tanker PUERTO RICAN at the SF Sea Buoy.  Our lawyers solved the cause of the explosion and recovered significant damages for the cargo owner.   

 

• The running down and sinking of the fishing vessel JACK JR. in fog off Pt. Reyes by an unknown vessel with the loss of her entire crew.  The identity of the colliding vessel among five in the area was discovered by our lawyers.
