In July 2016, Sinunu Bruni LLP partners Brian Triplett and Chris Bruni prevailed on a motion for summary adjudication, filed on behalf of a national construction firm, as to Plaintiffs’ causes of action for strict products liability, false representation, and intentional tort, as well as to Plaintiffs’ claim for punitive damages.
